Ticket terms

These terms apply to every Agency Minds ticket. Agency Minds is hosted by Agency Ascension on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026 in London.

Your ticket

Your ticket is sent by email after payment clears. VIP and General Admission tickets have a QR code that is checked at the door. Each QR code admits one person once per day. Live tickets give access to the Day 1 livestream and replays. They do not give entry to the venue.

All sales are final

We don't offer refunds, unless the event is cancelled by us. If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else with our approval. Reply to your ticket email to ask.

Refunded tickets

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the ticket is cancelled and its QR code stops working.

Discount codes

Agency Ascension student codes are personal, work once, and only apply to General Admission. A ticket bought with a student code may be checked at the door.

Changes

Speakers and the schedule may change. Full venue details are sent to ticket holders before the event.

Photos and filming

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that you may appear in photos and videos used by Agency Minds and Agency Ascension.
